Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Southeast Asia’s largest music festival is set to reside across the causeway for the next three years.

Future Music Festival Asia (FMFA) made Malaysia home from 2012 to 2014. After three amazing years and unforgettable good memories, FMFA organisers, The Livescape Group, say that the decision to move the event to Singapore is a progressive next step for the brand. The FMFA belongs to music fans across Asia.

According to Iqbal Ameer, Group Chief Executive Officer of The Livescape Group, by moving FMFA to Singapore, organizers will be able to provide a safe and fun environment for guests while ensuring that the festival is still within easy reach for Malaysian fans.

Iqbal also said that the festival has plans to stay in Singapore for the long term and has set itself a target to become Asia’s largest music festival within the next three years.

The festival that is expected to attract over 50,000 fans will be held from 14 – 15 March 2015 at a venue that is held secret for now. The organisers are promising an event to remember and will soon announce the biggest gathering of music superstars Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia has ever seen with over 50 international and regional acts.
